The professional training face to the virtual reality
Experimentation with virtual reality (VR) is becoming more and more common in companies. What about the VR uses in professional training? This paper focuses not only on the enabling design of the digital system (headset and immersive brick) used during learning, but also on the way in which this one is integrated in the learning pathway (during the training session as well as in the workplace). From the learner’s point of view, this paper sheds light on the socio-organizational conditions of their training environment with the RV.
