The future of smart buildings with Thing’in
Managing complex systems such as buildings requires going beyond approaches focused on connected objects with present-day vertically integrated Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. In this example, we will show how the Thing’in (“Thing in the Future”) research platform helps to maintain a global description of such environments, which can be shared between various applications operating within it.
